Big size and impeccably clean venue with a good value and excellent and efficient staff. Very well maintained building and rooms with comfortable decoration. Delicious breakfast to start the day. Absolutely perfect location in nice area, very close to Kyoto-next to the main train station, the airport bus arrival for Kansai airport, and many restaurants. Again, not far from Aeon Mall Kyoto. A well-run and excellent modern hotel, my first choice in Kyoto.

We got nice styled and reasonably large room with a reasonably spacious bathroom. A storage and a lounge were provided. The hotel was in a particularly good and magnificent location close enough to trains & local buses and Kyoto train station.
